From the Founder
JOY grew out of years spent working across different contexts, education platforms, startups, media projects, and digital brands where community and communication were never side tasks, but central to growth.
My work sits at the intersection of community, social media, and strategy, shaped by a background in sociology and philosophy and by hands-on experience in digital marketing across multiple sectors. I’ve worked with early-stage teams, educators, founders, and growing organizations, contributing to everything from brand voice and content systems to community design and day-to-day execution.
Over time, one pattern became clear: growth works best when strategy is thoughtfully designed, clearly communicated, and carefully lived through systems people actually enjoy engaging with.
At JOY, social media is approached as a brand’s voice intentional, consistent, and human. Community is designed as a system, flexible, participatory, and built to evolve. Strategy and execution move together, informed by real teams, real constraints, and long-term thinking.
